Last Sunday's Anthem, "Simple Gifts," was recorded by Deacon Skip and Ivan Kish to use as a tribute to Mark Schweizer of the St. James Music Press (SJMP). Mark, who recently passed away, started the SJMP and composed and arranged many choral pieces that are used for free by small churches like St. Cyprian's. Music Director Kathy Vande Berg often chooses Mark's anthems for our Worship. After his death, the folks at SJMP invited their subscribers to send them video of one of Mark's pieces to share with his family and the SJMP community. St. Cyprian's offering is posted on the church YouTube channel, which is linked below. You can search for other churches' submissions by using #SchweizerAnthem on Facebook, YouTube, or Twitter.
